About the Fair

The Amsterdam MBA Fair is a selective, small-format evening designed for professionals who are seriously considering an MBA within the next one to three years. Unlike large tours, this curated event keeps things interactive — no presentations, no sales pitches.
The format centres on three rotating thematic sessions covering career outcomes, programme culture, and ROI and scholarships — followed by an open networking period for one-on-one conversations with admissions teams.
Organised by Ivy Circle Netherlands, a volunteer alumni association, the fair is now in its 19th edition and remains a nonprofit event.

How the evening works

Doors Open
Welcome and introductions from the Ivy Circle team.
18:00–19:30
Thematic Sessions
Three 30-minute rotating sessions: career outcomes, programme culture, and ROI & scholarships.
19:30–20:30
Open Networking
60 minutes of unstructured one-on-one time with admissions teams from all participating schools.
20:30–21:45
Drinks & Close
Informal close with drinks — continue conversations with schools and fellow attendees.
